1. Kabul

Pinpoint uygulamasını indirerek, açarak veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları’nı ve Gizlilik Politikası’nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Hizmetin tanımı

Pinpoint; mekan kaydetme, harita ve keşif, bildirimler ve yapay zekâ destekli öneriler sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Özellikler zamanla değişebilir, eklenebilir veya kaldırılabilir.

Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma taahhüt edilmez.

3. Hesap

Doğru bilgilerle hesap oluşturmalısınız.
Hesap güvenliğinizden (şifre, cihaz erişimi) siz sorumlusunuz.
Hesabınızı başkasına devredemezsiniz.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz: Profil → Profili düzenle → Hesabı sil.

4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

Yasadışı, zararlı, taciz edici veya yanıltıcı içerik yüklemek
Başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek
Hizmeti tersine mühendislik, aşırı yükleme veya kötüye kullanma
Otomatik botlar veya scrapers ile izinsiz erişim
Güvenlik kontrollerini (ör. App Check) aşmaya çalışmak

5. Konum ve yapay zekâ özellikleri

Konum özellikleri cihaz izinlerinize bağlıdır. Arka plan konumu isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnızca etkinleştirdiğiniz yakınlık bildirimleri için kullanılır.

AI sohbet ve öneriler yardımcı niteliktedir; mekan bilgisi, uygunluk veya güvenlik konusunda garanti vermez. Kararlarınızdan siz sorumlusunuz.

6. İçeriğiniz

Kaydettiğiniz mekanlar, notlar ve benzeri içerikler size aittir. Hizmeti sunmak, yedeklemek ve iyileştirmek için bu içeriği barındırma ve işleme hakkını bize verdiğinizi kabul edersiniz.

Paylaştığınız içeriğin yasalara ve üçüncü taraf haklarına uygun olmasından siz sorumlusunuz.

7. Fikri mülkiyet

Pinpoint markası, arayüzü, tasarımı ve yazılımı bize veya lisans verenlere aittir. Size, koşullara uygun kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için sınırlı bir lisans verilir. Açık izin olmadan kopyalama, değiştirme veya yeniden dağıtım yapılamaz.

8. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Uygulama; harita, kimlik doğrulama, barındırma ve AI gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetlere dayanır. Bu hizmetlerin kullanılabilirliği bizim kontrolümüz dışında olabilir. Üçüncü taraf koşulları ayrıca uygulanabilir.

9. Sorumluluk reddi ve sınırlama

Uygulanabilir hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde Pinpoint; dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Hizmetteki bilgiler genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır.

Yol tarifi, mekan önerileri veya AI çıktılarına güvenmeden önce kendi değerlendirmenizi yapın.

10. Askıya alma ve sona erme

Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz, kötüye kullanım veya yasal gereklilik halinde erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Siz de istediğiniz zaman uygulamayı bırakıp hesabınızı silebilirsiniz.

11. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar, zorunlu tüketici koruma kuralları saklı kalmak kaydıyla, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri / icra daireleri yetkili olabilir; zorunlu tüketici hakem heyeti / mahkeme haklarınız saklıdır.

12. İletişim ve değişiklikler

Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel metin bu sayfada yayınlanır. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulamada bilgilendirme yapılabilir. Güncellemeden sonra kullanıma devam etmek, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelebilir.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, opening, or using Pinpoint, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Pinpoint is a mobile app for saving places, maps and discovery, notifications, and AI-assisted recommendations. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for account security (password and device access).
You may not transfer your account to someone else.
You may delete your account at any time: Profile → Edit profile → Delete account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload unlawful, harmful, harassing, or misleading content
Infringe others’ rights
Reverse engineer, overload, or abuse the service
Access the service with unauthorized bots or scrapers
Attempt to bypass security controls (such as App Check)

5. Location & AI features

Location features depend on your device permissions. Background location is optional and used only for proximity notifications you enable.

AI chat and recommendations are assistive only and do not guarantee place accuracy, suitability, or safety. You remain responsible for your decisions.

6. Your content

Content you save (places, notes, and similar) remains yours. You grant us a license to host and process that content as needed to provide, back up, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with law and third-party rights.

7. Intellectual property

The Pinpoint name, interface, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the app under these terms. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

8. Third-party services

The app relies on third parties for maps, authentication, hosting, and AI. Their availability may be outside our control. Their terms may also apply.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinpoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Information in the service is for general informational purposes.

Use your own judgment before relying on directions, place suggestions, or AI output.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if required by law. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Disputes may be subject to the courts of Istanbul, without limiting mandatory consumer dispute bodies where applicable.
